HOW DO I APPLY FOR AN APARTMENT, AND HOW SOON CAN I MOVE IN?
You can easily apply online through our website by selecting availability or apply, choosing an apartment and clicking “Select.” Once your application is approved and you’ve signed your lease, move-ins will be scheduled with property management, depending on apartment availability they can accommodate move-ins within 7-10 days after signing your lease.
IS THE LOTUS NYC PET-FRIENDLY?
Yes, The Lotus NYC is a pet-friendly community, thoughtfully designed to welcome four-legged residents, complete with an on-site pet spa. For additional details regarding our pet policy, including any breed or weight restrictions, please contact the leasing office.

WHAT TYPES OF APARTMENTS ARE OFFERED? WHAT ARE THE LARGEST AND SMALLEST SIZES AVAILABLE?
The Lotus NYC offers a curated collection of thoughtfully designed one-bedroom residences, accompanied by alcove studios, one-bedroom-plus dens, and expansive two-bedroom homes, some featuring additional den spaces. Regardless of the size, each residence features expansive windows, bright and airy interiors, high-end luxury finishes, and access to a distinguished suite of amenities.
HOW IS PACKAGE DELIVERY HANDLED?
All packages are delivered to the front desk, where they are received and held by the concierge until the resident returns home. Upon arrival, packages are handed to each resident.
IS THERE A CONCIERGE? WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
At The Lotus NYC, our concierge is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, thoughtfully welcoming residents home and attending to the details that make each day feel effortless.
CAN I RESERVE ANY OF THE AMENITIES?
Reservations of the Lotus Lounge are available and can be coordinated with property management.
HOW DO I PAY RENT AND SET UP UTILITIES?
Residents can conveniently pay rent and submit maintenance requests through our secure online resident portal. Utility setup instructions are provided prior to move-in—most utilities can be transferred or activated online in just a few minutes.
